Let's see....

Collage by Kirsi and Sari

Ten years ago I started collaboration with my friend Sari, she's red hair right...I had black hair...my designer look...we had a shop together; DaDaa, also known as Surrealization Center….I found my first shop two years earlier…before that I worked as an interior designer…since that I’ve done this and that….and now everything is open once more…I’ll close my shop Prinsessa Itkupilli in the end of July…and let’s see what I will do next….

Kirsi,
It sounds like you're looking to change things around a wee bit in your life. Maybe you could open a shop in Wisconsin. ;)

I like this group on the video a lot. I prefer them to Valle for the music. I like their strange, more complex music. I'll have to look them up and learn more about them.

Much Love

Hello Aurinko Nainen...:)

Oh Wisconsin....aawwww....in my dreams....

Sielun Veljet (Soul Brothers) is one of my favourites….Ismo Alanko, the singer there is a really great artist….

well...there is somebody about! Have the day off....dentist...hair cut...computer lessons...if Miriam doesn't dump me for more fun stuff.

//Maybe you could open a shop in Wisconsin. ;)// Wisconsin may be a little conservative for Kirsi's art....now if she sold bib-overalls or Packer sweatshirts! :)

*Itkupilli* said...

Hey I could sell cheese...or what ever….;))

I really enjoy seeing work from an artists' past. You look VERY grown up for 10 years old! ;)

Anonymous said...

Jimm,

She could sell it here in New Mexico. I did a painting of a nude male one time and put it in my office at work and no one was the least bit offended. But then the place I worked for was a den of liberal heathens, so... :)

There are a lot of hippies and bikers here in New Mexico - mixed in with cowboys and indians.. weird little state!

Hey I could sell cheese...or what ever….;))

LOL..

hmmmmm.. I won't ask.

*Itkupilli* said...

no no no...heh heh heh...this has nothing to do with laundry....

singinghawk said...

well of course I will ask...

what are you two doing?! It is so quiet it makes me wonder what has happened recently. There is a story to tell...maybe not laundry, but something maybe equally interesting...

Anonymous said...

Yes, quiet. I am hesitant to post anything less I disturb those two love birds.

*Itkupilli* said...

Jimm went on errands...and I always start gossiping as soon as he is gone...let's wait he gets back...oh well...that can take time...:)

singinghawk said...

okay...I'm waiting for the gossip. Don't worry. I won't tell jimm that you told me. Everything will be held in the strictest of confidence. I am your sister...sisters can confide in each other.

Anonymous said...

yes, strictest of confidence.

but of course.

It is hot today. I cannot think. All i'm good for is going outside and pouring the hose over my head.

okjimm said...

*Itkupilli* said...

Ooops! You’re back....:)

okjimm said...

singinghawk said...

hurry...he's gone!

I promise to keep it all very secret.

*Itkupilli* said...

Oh well...it is very difficult to explain...because some things what happens don't have any names...at least not yet...it was just exciting, but I don't have words to describe it...oh what an earth am I talking about...:))

*Itkupilli* said...

...although Jimmmm prefers biking and doing laundry...:)

Hi Krisi

Both your designer looks and upside down glass photo are beautiful.

1000 & one good luck to krisi for her new venture whatever it will be.

Krisi, you said once " with Love and patience nothing is impossible". I believe you takes this to heart.

Lol

*Itkupilli* said...

LOL

Kelly and Banana, sweet sisters....and nice to see that Kelly is also ok....it was so funny to see you upside down....and Banana I sure know your imagination....I could give you some words....but I think you don’t even need that....just let it roam…..

Tim….you’re kind….I bought my glasses 2,50 € from closest grocery…they surely enhance my intelligence

Love and patience….yeah I quite remember I’ve said something like that….:)

Muutosten tuulia...

*Itkupilli* said...

Kiitos Elegia,

How are you today Kirsi?

*Itkupilli* said...

I should have done too many things today, but I’ve been so tired that I’ve done nothing…strange day…but you brighten up cloudy day…:)

singinghawk said...

I am awake...good morning and good evening...another beautiful day in bloggerville and in California. Yes, my imagination is roaming...but not about bike rides and laundry.

There is an interesting quiet...

Anyway, wishing you love today and peace and all the very sweetest things...

One thing at a time Kirsi~if any at all ;)

Ana, are you in Northern or Southern Cali.?

I know the temps. in Northern Cal. always seem to be absolutely perfect whenever I watch the weather.

Good evening Kirsi,

I am slow to wake up this morning. The heat makes me feel lazy.

I have a painting that I'm working on. I want to work on it before it gets too hot today.

love and hugs and kisses and all that kinda stuff

*Itkupilli* said...

Oh so nice to see you sisters....

Why I have feeling like we are all from Australia or Antarctic? :)

singinghawk said...

I live in Oakland, right next to San Francisco, Kelly. The bay is a few miles away. Yes, very lovely weather all through the year.

Kirsi! yes, south pole for sure!

You both live in very fascinating places....wow!

Oh! yes… that map makes sense…

Anonymous said...

Ana, I'm jealous!! lol

singinghawk said...

don't be jealous...there are natural occurences that are not as pleasant...for instance the occasional earthquake. I happen to live right on the San Andreas fault line -- the one that is long overdue for a major earthquake -- the "BIG one."

Anonymous said...

Oh! Do you really? I guess that would give me great concern. Earthquakes can happen without any notice, at least with hurricanes, we get a few days notice. Neither of which are cool~
