"The Three Graces"

Digital Collage by Itkupilli

Oh here is a nice pic...my southern sisters during their first visit in Finland...they are not sure who dares to jump first to cold water...

…and well not so cold… the climate in southern Finland is similar to…let’s take a random example…similar to Wisconsin...

Although the time zone is curious…physically it is GMT +3(Eastern Europe Daylight/Summer Time), but my mind goes 8 hour behind…it causes strange symptoms, like intense heart beatings, awakenings in the middle of the night, warm waves and exciting vibrations…;))

And here is the best site if you want to know more about Finland: Your window to Finland - http://virtual.finland.fi/

The video for to day has wrong season, but it is the right choice for to day: HIM's Funeral of hearts...and here you could see also a glimpse of Finnish men

I continue with Finnish theme...

....in this video Nighwish gives a little view to Finland, to the land of lakes, swamps and forests. To the land where still lives elves and fairies. Even each one of them has cell phone, internet and digital TV, they whip them self with birch branches and swim naked at the moonlight…

And one trivia of Finnish language:

The linguist and author J.R.R. Tolkien considered Finnish to be a particularly beautiful language, and described his youthful discovery of Finnish as inspiring him to pursue a linguistic career. Several of Tolkien's invented languages, notably Quenya, are stylistically related to Finnish.

I'm a six months old blogger!

Stop! Take a piece of cake. I want to celebrate with you. I want to share this joy with you. I mean you, my brother or sister, you, who had made this new world possible, you, who have inspired and encouraged me with my art. This blogosphere has given incredible chance to meet so great, talented and gorgeous friends in all over the world. It makes it a little bit easier to understand the collective mind, the universal spirit, which we all divide together. We are all one in spirit. So let's be in spirit. Peace and love. I love you all.

Imagination is more important than knowledge.

Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.

The monotony and solitude of a quiet life stimulates the creative mind.
The only real valuable thing is intuition.
Quotes by Albert Einstein

"Life beats down and crushes the soul and art reminds you that you have one."

Stella Adler

PS. I'll write this blog mostly in English (Or in Finglish, excuse my terrible English). I would be more than happy if you bother to help me and correct if I make too horrible mistakes.

Let's celebrate with Finnish musicians featuring Nina Hagen.

Apocalyptica

Ok, if I have to tell my favourite Finnish band, let it be Apocalyptica.
I'm not so big fan of metal, but I'm surely fan of unique and brilliant music. And of course, I love cellos.
